Overdose :(

Hi guys, 

 I had a bad evening today. I ended  overdosing on "cod liver oil- 1000mg per capsule and took 16 of them. My left leg is feeling like I pulled a muscle since the overdose. 

 Any kind comments is much appreciated.

    Hey Meera,

    I really think you need to ring NHS direct, these tablets may be toxic which will damage your insides.

    Please get help.
